REAL BUYER INTEREST • TWO DISTINCT PATHS

Organic B2B enquiries: know what arrives directly and what gets matched.

BulkVyapar connects product and business discovery to a secure seller workflow. A buyer can enquire directly about a particular company or product. Separately, a buyer can post a general sourcing requirement that may be shared with relevant sellers after consent. These are not the same lead.

✓ Direct enquiries belong to the selected seller✓ General requirements use separate matching✓ No paid or guaranteed lead claims
Direct answer

What is the BulkVyapar Organic B2B Inquiries?

An organic B2B enquiry is genuine buyer interest arising through business or product discovery without a promise of paid leads. On BulkVyapar, a direct enquiry sent from a specific seller’s product or company page is attached to that business rather than redistributed as a neutral requirement. A separate buying requirement submitted to the platform, with buyer sharing consent, can be assigned to relevant active sellers; a seller may accept it into the usual Inquiry workflow. Neither search visibility nor enquiry volume is guaranteed.

Who receives the enquiry?

Direct enquiry is different from a matched requirement.

Two separate buyer paths. The destination and seller access are deliberately different.

PATH 01 · DIRECT

Direct Product or Company Inquiry

The buyer has already chosen a particular business or product. The enquiry is submitted to that seller—not circulated as a general platform lead.

  1. Buyer views a specific product or company profile
  2. Buyer submits an enquiry with consent to contact that seller
  3. The identified business receives it in Seller Inquiries
  4. That seller can reply, chat and prepare a quotation

PATH 02 · MATCHED

General Buying Requirement

The buyer asks the platform to help source a product, without choosing a specific seller. A consented requirement can be matched to suitable businesses.

  1. Buyer posts a general sourcing requirement
  2. Eligible sellers can be selected for assignment, subject to buyer consent
  3. The seller reviews the requirement in Matched Requirements
  4. After acceptance it moves into the regular inquiry workflow

Capabilities

An enquiry workflow that keeps the source and ownership clear.

These features are connected, but the source of the buyer request determines whether it is a direct seller enquiry or a matched platform requirement.

01

Search and AI-assisted discovery

A buyer may discover a public business or product on BulkVyapar, search engines or AI-assisted results. Third-party visibility remains outside the platform’s control.

02

Direct company/product enquiries

When the buyer targets a particular listing, the enquiry is linked to that selected business. It is not treated as a neutral requirement for redistribution.

03

Buyer-posted requirements

A buyer can submit a general sourcing requirement through BulkVyapar. Contact sharing requires relevant buyer consent.

04

Relevance-based matching

Category, location and business context can help identify suitable sellers. Actual assignment depends on the operational matching process and eligible sellers.

05

Seller consent and decision

Matched Requirements has separate accept/decline actions. Buyer contact details are disclosed within the approved workflow, not to every page visitor.

06

Follow-up in one workspace

Accepted matched requirements and direct enquiries can continue through seller inquiry management, Business Chat, quotations and invoicing.

How it works

How a buyer enquiry reaches your seller workspace.

The platform connects buyer discovery with the relevant seller workflow, but it does not sell a fixed volume of buyer enquiries or promise a search-engine position.

  1. 01
Publish accurate business and product information

Maintain a real company profile, useful product pages and accurate commercial or technical details.

  2. 02
Allow buyers to discover the offer

Buyers can browse BulkVyapar, search for products or arrive via external search/AI systems where pages happen to be surfaced.

  3. 03
    Keep the enquiry source distinct

A direct company/product enquiry belongs to its chosen seller. A general posted requirement can follow consented matching instead.

  4. 04
Follow up securely in the dashboard

Review your Seller Inquiries or Matched Requirements, then use available chat, quotation and invoice workflows.

WHY BULKVYAPAR

Organic enquiries are not a promise of free leads or paid lead packages.

Organic means a buyer finds relevant business information and initiates contact, not that BulkVyapar purchases, fabricates, guarantees or resells enquiries. Direct enquiries to a particular seller remain distinct from buyer-approved general sourcing requirements assigned through a separate matching process. Google and AI services choose independently whether to crawl, index, display or reference any public listing.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about this BulkVyapar business tool and how it fits into the seller workflow.

What is an organic B2B enquiry?+

It is buyer interest arising when someone discovers a relevant supplier or product and chooses to enquire. It is not a guarantee of leads from Google, AI search or the marketplace.

Will BulkVyapar share a direct enquiry received for my product with other sellers?+

The direct enquiry workflow attaches a buyer request to the selected business and product where applicable. That is separate from the platform’s general requirement matching workflow; direct seller enquiries are not distributed as generic matching leads.

What is the difference between a direct enquiry and a matched buyer requirement?+

A direct enquiry is aimed at one specific seller. A matched requirement starts as a buyer’s general sourcing request and, when sharing consent is recorded, may be assigned to suitable sellers through BulkVyapar’s separate workflow.

Where can I see my buyer enquiries and matched requirements?+

A logged-in seller uses Seller Dashboard → Buyer Inquiries for direct and accepted enquiries, and Seller Dashboard → Matched Requirements for buyer requirements assigned to their business.

Does BulkVyapar buy or sell a guaranteed number of leads?+

This page makes no offer of purchased leads or guaranteed enquiry volumes. Real buyer contact depends on discovery, buyer action and relevant matching workflows.

How do I accept a matched requirement?+

When a relevant buyer-posted request is assigned to your business, open Matched Requirements, review it and choose Accept Lead if appropriate. Accepted items continue into the seller Inquiry workflow.

Can I appear on Google or in AI-assisted search results?+

Public business and product information can be eligible for search discovery, but Google and AI services decide what they crawl, index and show. No placement, traffic or enquiry is guaranteed.
