Acceptable Use & Listings

1. Lawful Business Use Only

BulkVyapar is intended for legitimate B2B discovery, listing and inquiry activity.

Users must not use the platform to facilitate an unlawful transaction, evade legal restrictions, disguise prohibited conduct or misrepresent the true nature of a business, product or service.

2. User Responsibility for Submitted Information

A user is responsible for the information, images, descriptions, claims, links and other material submitted through the user's account or on behalf of the user's business.

Content must be accurate, lawful, reasonably current and not misleading.

The availability of a field or upload function does not mean every type of content is permitted.

3. Content Belonging to Another Person

Users must not upload, publish or share information, documents, images, logos, databases or other material belonging to another person or entity where the user does not have the right or authority to use it.

This includes unauthorised use of another company's business identity, GSTIN, brand assets or product photographs.

4. False, Misleading or Deceptive Business Claims

Users must not knowingly publish materially false, untrue or misleading information presented as fact.

Examples include false manufacturing claims, fake certifications, fabricated licences, false stock or capacity claims, intentionally misleading prices, fake addresses, false affiliations or deceptive origin information.

BulkVyapar may request evidence where a material business claim is disputed.

5. Impersonation and Identity Misuse

Users must not impersonate another person, company, government body, brand, authorised distributor, officer or representative.

A user must not create a listing using another business's GSTIN, name or identity without lawful authority.

Electronic impersonation, including deceptive AI-generated or morphed content, is prohibited where it violates law or is intended to deceive.

6. Intellectual Property

Users must not infringe patents, trademarks, copyrights, design rights or other proprietary rights.

Counterfeit goods, unauthorised brand replicas and listings that falsely present goods as genuine branded goods are prohibited.

Rights holders may report suspected infringement through BulkVyapar's grievance channel.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

Users must not unlawfully publish, sell, scrape, harvest, disclose or misuse another person's personal data.

Buyer inquiry information received through BulkVyapar must not be resold, publicly posted or used for unlawful spam, harassment or unrelated mass marketing.

Users must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection obligations when they independently process personal data.

8. Fake, Abusive or Manipulative Inquiries

Users must not submit fake buyer inquiries, automated spam inquiries, malicious requests or inquiries intended only to harass, scrape seller information, manipulate metrics or damage another user.

BulkVyapar may rate-limit, restrict or suspend accounts involved in abusive inquiry activity.

9. Obscene, Pornographic or Child-Sexual Content

Content that is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, sexually exploitative of children or otherwise unlawful is prohibited.

BulkVyapar may remove or disable access to such content and may preserve/report information where applicable law requires action or reporting.

10. Harmful Content Involving Children

Users must not publish or share information that is harmful to children or exploits, sexualises, endangers or unlawfully targets a child.

BulkVyapar may take immediate protective action where required.

11. Harassment, Gender-Based Abuse and Hateful Content

Users must not use BulkVyapar to threaten, harass or unlawfully target individuals or groups, including abusive conduct based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion or caste where prohibited by law.

Content intended to promote enmity or incite violence is not permitted.

12. Threats to Security, Sovereignty or Public Order

Users must not publish or share unlawful information that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States or public order, or that incites a cognisable offence or unlawfully obstructs investigation of an offence.

13. Malware and Technical Abuse

Users must not upload, transmit or distribute viruses, malware, malicious scripts or code designed to interrupt, destroy, compromise or limit computer resources.

Users must not attempt unauthorised access, credential theft, security bypass, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation or other malicious interference with BulkVyapar or another user's systems.

14. Scraping, Bots and Automated Harvesting

Unauthorised scraping, automated harvesting of personal/contact information, bulk extraction of listings or use of bots that materially burden or abuse the platform is prohibited unless BulkVyapar has expressly authorised the activity.

Legitimate search-engine crawling is governed separately by BulkVyapar's technical controls such as robots directives and applicable access rules.

15. Counterfeit, Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Goods

Listings for counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained or illegally imported/exported goods are prohibited.

A seller must have lawful rights and authority to offer the listed goods or services.

16. Illegal Drugs, Controlled Substances and Prohibited Chemicals

Listings for illegal narcotics, prohibited drugs, unlawful controlled substances, dangerous illicit chemicals or materials whose sale is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted.

Regulated pharmaceuticals, chemicals or controlled products may only be listed where BulkVyapar expressly permits the category and the seller has all legally required licences and authorisations.

17. Weapons, Explosives and Other High-Risk Regulated Goods

Illegal weapons, prohibited firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices and other unlawfully traded high-risk goods are prohibited.

Any regulated category that BulkVyapar chooses to permit may be subject to additional documentary, licensing and compliance requirements and may be rejected at BulkVyapar's discretion where platform risk is considered too high.

18. Wildlife, Environmental and Other Contraband

Listings involving illegally traded wildlife, protected species, prohibited animal products, environmental contraband or goods whose possession or trade violates applicable law are prohibited.

19. Gambling and Unlawful Gaming

Users must not use BulkVyapar to promote unlawful gambling, betting or prohibited online games.

Listings, advertisements or surrogate promotions for online games that are prohibited or not lawfully permitted under applicable rules are not allowed.

20. Money Laundering, Fraud and Financial Crime

BulkVyapar must not be used to facilitate money laundering, proceeds of crime, fraudulent invoicing, fictitious trade, illegal fund transfers, bribery or another unlawful financial scheme.

Users should report suspicious misuse of platform listings or inquiries through the grievance channel.

21. Regulated Goods and Services

Some products or services may be legal only when specific licences, registrations, age restrictions, labelling requirements, permits or other conditions are satisfied.

The seller is responsible for determining and complying with the legal requirements that apply to the seller's category.

BulkVyapar may prohibit or restrict a category even where some forms of lawful trade may otherwise be possible.

22. Misleading Medical, Financial or Professional Claims

Users must not publish unlawful or materially deceptive claims concerning medical outcomes, investment returns, guaranteed financial results, professional accreditation or other regulated claims.

A seller must possess any licence or authorisation legally required to provide a regulated professional service.

23. Synthetically Generated Information and AI Content

AI-assisted or synthetically generated content is not automatically prohibited. However, it must not be used to impersonate another person, fabricate a real-world certification, create unlawful deceptive content, generate non-consensual intimate imagery or otherwise violate applicable law or BulkVyapar policies.

A seller remains responsible for factual accuracy of business and product information even where AI or automated tools helped draft, enhance or format the content.

Where BulkVyapar applies a label or disclosure requirement to a category of synthetic content, users must not remove, conceal or manipulate that disclosure.

24. False Reviews, Fake Ratings and Manipulation

Users must not create fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, manipulated ratings or false popularity signals.

Users must not offer incentives for deceptive reviews or misrepresent unauthenticated feedback as verified buyer feedback.

25. Spam and Unsolicited Marketing

Users must not use BulkVyapar contact information or buyer inquiry data for unlawful bulk spam or communications prohibited by applicable law.

Marketing communications should respect applicable consent, preference and telecom/commercial-communication requirements.

26. Circumvention and Repeat Violations

Users must not create replacement accounts, alter identity information or otherwise circumvent a suspension, restriction, verification requirement or enforcement action.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.

27. Moderation and Enforcement

BulkVyapar may review, reject, restrict, suspend, remove or disable access to content, listings or accounts that violate this Policy, the Terms or applicable law.

BulkVyapar may request documents or clarification, remove a verification indicator, preserve evidence or cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where appropriate.

Temporary action while an investigation is pending does not necessarily amount to a final finding of wrongdoing.

28. User Notice and Quarterly Compliance Reminder

BulkVyapar may periodically notify users of platform rules, prohibited information and the consequences of non-compliance.

Where the applicable intermediary rules require it, BulkVyapar will seek to provide a simple and effective reminder at least once every three months that non-compliant information may be removed and account access may be suspended or terminated, and that unlawful conduct may carry legal consequences.

29. Reporting Prohibited Content

Prohibited listings, impersonation, counterfeit goods, misuse of buyer data, unlawful synthetic content or other violations may be reported to grievance@bulkvyapar.in.

Include the listing/content URL, business name, reason for the complaint and supporting information where available.

30. Changes to this Policy

BulkVyapar may update this Policy as platform features, risk controls, regulated categories or applicable law change.

The current version will display the effective date, last-updated date and document version.
