This Marketplace Disclaimer & Transaction Risk Notice explains the limits of BulkVyapar's role as a B2B listing, discovery and inquiry-facilitation platform.
BulkVyapar enables businesses to publish listings and enables prospective buyers to discover and contact businesses. Independent commercial transactions, payments, delivery commitments and contractual arrangements between buyers and sellers remain the responsibility of those parties.
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Seller Verification Policy, Refund Policy and other applicable BulkVyapar policies.
BulkVyapar helps buyers and sellers discover and contact each other. Independent commercial transactions, payments, product commitments and delivery obligations remain between those parties.
1. BulkVyapar's Platform Role
BulkVyapar is an online B2B business-listing, product-discovery, supplier-discovery and inquiry-facilitation platform.
Unless BulkVyapar expressly states otherwise for a specific service, BulkVyapar is not the manufacturer, seller, buyer, distributor, importer, exporter, broker, escrow provider or contracting party in an independent transaction between marketplace users.
2. Buyer-Seller Deals Are Independent
A buyer and seller may choose whether or not to enter into a transaction after discovering or contacting each other through BulkVyapar.
Their negotiations, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, payment terms, product specifications, warranties, delivery arrangements, returns, credit terms and other commercial conditions are independently agreed between those parties.
The fact that a connection originated through BulkVyapar does not make BulkVyapar a party to the resulting contract.
3. No Buyer-to-Seller Payment Collection or Escrow
BulkVyapar does not presently collect, hold, route, settle or guarantee payments made by buyers to sellers for goods or services listed by marketplace businesses.
Any advance payment, bank transfer, UPI transfer, credit arrangement, cash payment, delivery payment or other buyer-seller financial transaction takes place independently between the relevant parties.
Razorpay used on BulkVyapar is for payments made to BulkVyapar for BulkVyapar's own membership or platform services. It does not make BulkVyapar the payment processor, escrow holder or guarantor for independent buyer-seller transactions.
4. Fraud and Payment Risk
Users should never assume that a payment request is safe merely because the parties first connected through BulkVyapar.
Before sending money, dispatching goods, extending credit or accepting unusual payment instructions, users should independently verify identity, bank details, invoices, purchase orders and other relevant commercial information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkVyapar is not responsible merely because one independent user commits fraud, refuses payment, changes bank details, fails to deliver or otherwise breaches an agreement with another user.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that applicable law does not permit BulkVyapar to exclude.
5. No Guarantee of Business, Leads or Conversion
BulkVyapar does not guarantee that a listing will generate any specific number of inquiries, qualified leads, orders, sales, revenue, profit or business opportunities.
An inquiry is not a confirmed order, binding purchase commitment or guaranteed payment.
Marketplace visibility, search relevance, buyer interest and commercial outcomes may vary over time.
6. Manual GST Verification Before Listing Activation
After applicable onboarding and payment, a seller listing is not automatically made live solely because payment has been completed.
BulkVyapar currently performs a limited manual GST review before activating a seller listing. The submitted GSTIN may be checked using the relevant Government GST search facility or another appropriate official/public source.
BulkVyapar may check whether the GST registration appears active at the time of review and whether the business/legal or trade-name information reasonably corresponds with the details submitted by the seller.
Where the GSTIN appears invalid, inactive, inconsistent or cannot reasonably be matched, BulkVyapar may keep the listing pending and request corrected or updated GST information.
7. GST Verification Is Limited in Scope
BulkVyapar's GST verification does not ordinarily include a physical visit to the seller's registered address, office, factory, shop, warehouse or manufacturing facility.
BulkVyapar does not, merely through GST verification, inspect inventory, machinery, manufacturing capacity, financial statements, product quality or every licence or certificate.
A verification indicator therefore represents a limited platform verification signal and not a comprehensive audit of the seller.
8. Meaning of Verified Business
Where BulkVyapar displays a Verified Business, GST-verified, verification-status or similar indicator, it means that specified seller information was reviewed under BulkVyapar's applicable verification process at or around the relevant time.
The indicator is not government certification, insurance, financial due diligence, product certification or a guarantee against future fraud, non-payment, delivery failure or misconduct.
Verification status may be reviewed, suspended or removed if information changes, becomes inconsistent or is the subject of a legitimate complaint.
9. Buyers Are Not Document-Verified for Ordinary Inquiries
BulkVyapar does not presently require ordinary buyers to upload identity documents merely to submit a marketplace inquiry.
A seller must therefore not treat an inquiry as a verified purchase order, guaranteed buyer, approved credit customer or confirmed payment commitment.
Sellers should independently verify prospective buyers before granting credit, dispatching goods or entering into material transactions.
10. User Due Diligence Is Essential
Every user remains responsible for conducting reasonable commercial due diligence before entering into a transaction.
Depending on the transaction, due diligence may include independently checking GST registration, licences, product samples, specifications, references, purchase orders, invoices, bank details, delivery capability, payment terms, creditworthiness and contractual documentation.
BulkVyapar's platform tools and verification indicators do not replace independent legal, financial or commercial checks.
11. Seller-Provided Listing Information
Business descriptions, product information, product images, prices, MOQ, availability, delivery areas, certifications and other listing claims may originate from the seller.
The seller is responsible for ensuring its submitted information is accurate, current, lawful and not misleading.
BulkVyapar may review, format, categorise or moderate information, but does not guarantee that every seller-provided fact remains accurate at all times.
12. Prices, MOQ and Availability Can Change
Prices, minimum order quantities, inventory, delivery coverage and product availability shown on a listing may change after publication.
A buyer should confirm all commercially important details directly with the seller before placing an order or making payment.
A displayed price or MOQ should not automatically be treated as a final binding quotation unless the seller separately confirms it.
13. Product Quality, Suitability and Compliance
BulkVyapar does not certify that every listed product or service is suitable for a buyer's intended use, legally permitted in every destination, compliant with every technical standard or free from defects.
Buyers are responsible for obtaining samples, specifications, test reports, licences, regulatory advice or other evidence appropriate to their transaction.
Sellers remain responsible for the legality, quality and accuracy of their own products, services and commercial representations.
14. AI-Assisted Search and Content
BulkVyapar may use AI-assisted or automated systems for search, matching, keyword suggestions, summaries, category mapping, recommendations and other discovery features.
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, financial, technical or professional advice.
An AI match, ranking or recommendation is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee that a buyer, seller or product is suitable for a transaction.
15. Search Engine and External AI Visibility
BulkVyapar may structure public pages to support discovery by search engines and other internet systems, but external services independently control their own crawling, indexing, ranking and retrieval.
BulkVyapar does not guarantee Google ranking, search-engine position, AI-platform citation, indexing speed or continued visibility on any third-party platform.
16. No Professional Advice
Information on BulkVyapar is provided for marketplace discovery and general informational purposes.
Nothing on the platform should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, engineering or other professional advice.
Users should obtain appropriate professional advice where a transaction requires it.
17. External Websites and Third-Party Services
Listings may contain links to seller websites, government portals, payment providers or other external services.
BulkVyapar does not control a third-party website or service merely because a link appears on the platform.
Users should review the terms, privacy practices and security of third-party services before relying on them.
18. Communications Between Users
Once buyer and seller contact information is lawfully shared for an inquiry or a seller independently publishes contact information, communications between those parties may continue outside BulkVyapar.
BulkVyapar does not monitor or control every external call, email, WhatsApp message, quotation or document exchanged between users.
Users should preserve appropriate records of important commercial communications.
19. Buyer-Seller Disputes
Disputes concerning independent product quality, quantity, delivery, payment, warranty, return, refund, credit or contract performance are primarily disputes between the buyer and seller.
BulkVyapar may review platform misuse complaints or facilitate communication at its discretion, but does not undertake to adjudicate every commercial dispute or recover money owed under an independent transaction.
Users remain free to pursue contractual, statutory or other remedies available to them under applicable law.
20. Limitation of Marketplace Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkVyapar shall not be liable for losses arising solely from an independent transaction, representation, payment, non-payment, product, delivery, service or dispute between marketplace users where BulkVyapar is not the contracting party.
BulkVyapar shall not be responsible for expected profits, anticipated orders or other purely commercial expectations resulting from another user's conduct, except where applicable law does not permit such liability to be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for BulkVyapar's own fraud, wilful misconduct or another responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
21. Reporting Fraud, Misuse or Suspicious Listings
Users should report suspected impersonation, fraudulent listings, misuse of buyer information, counterfeit or unlawful content, suspicious payment requests or other platform abuse through BulkVyapar's grievance channel.
BulkVyapar may review, restrict, suspend or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, policy enforcement or protection of users.

BulkVyapar may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in platform features, marketplace practices, verification processes or applicable law.
